Let’s look at some facts …

Two thirds of Americans are overweight. Of those, 59 million of them are obese. If those claims made by the infommercials worked, then why are we in the shape we’re in?

Grueling exercise doesn’t work. Diet pills don’t work and can be dangerous to your health. Many diet programs clearly don’t work. And crazy weight loss gimmicks don’t work.
