Hello again — I hope you enjoyed that movie I sent you earlier today. If you didn’t get a chance to look at it yet, I urge you to go to the posting right before this one and spend a couple of minutes just relaxing and enjoying it. Believe me, it’s worth it.
Alright, back to our work on those parts of YOU.
Yesterday, we talked about the “Inner You” — the part of you that’s tied into your diet — not only what you eat, but how you eat it.
Did you take your time with your meals yesterday and today? Did you just relax and chew slowly and really taste your food and give your digestion a chance to do its work? Did you have that talk with yourself about remembering to make this a habit in your life?
Good for you!
Now, for the part of you that has to do with your physical look — your appearance — the shape you’re in. You might be nice and slim with good tight muscles — your clothes all fit great — and you love going to the beach in your bathing suit, and you just want to stay that way.
Or, you might have been letting yourself go for awhile — your clothes feel a bit too tight and you tend to purchase things that will hide your shape — and you want to pull your body back into good condition.
