So many people think there is some real easy way to lose weight. They think that there just might be a pill, or a potion, or a powder they can take and the weight will just fall off their body.

I’m here to tell you that won’t happen — not to you — or to anyone.

However, since there really isn’t anything magic to help you lose weight, there are some relatively simple things you can do, instead. Keep in mind, that even though these are small changes that I’m going to suggest, they ARE NOT TEMPORARY changes. These are changes that you will need to make a permanent part of your new skinnier life.

These are “From Now On” changes — they’re simple changes — but they’re lifestyle changes — they’re PERMANENT!
