December 13, 2005
This will be the next to last article on this topic. I will write one more after this where we will discuss some possible alternative methods for the treatment of lung cancer.
For our article today we’ll look at some of the more traditional methods of curing this disease.
As we know, lung cancer is one of the major cancers in both men and women. It is the uncontrolled division of cells in our body is the basic cause of the cancerous cell growth. This uncontrolled division of cells forms tumors which are either benign and malignant. The malignant tumors are called cancer.
It is very difficult to get a cure for lung cancer in the advanced stages where it has spread to the other parts of the body. If it is not treated at the early stage then it becomes more likely for the cancer to spread to the other parts of the body like the liver, brain, bone and adrenal glands.
